Return & Refund Policy – Roselly Vintage

Thank you for shopping at Roselly Vintage! We want you to love your unique vintage pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the package.

This right applies to all items in our store, including sale items.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. It must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

In its original condition with any tags still attached.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt).
As our items are unique, one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, normal vintage wear may be present and is detailed in the product descriptions. Items that are damaged or altered by the customer after delivery are not eligible for a return.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at shop@rosellyvintage.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and state clearly that you wish to return your item.

Once you have notified us, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Package the item securely and ship it back to us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee of €6 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: Items sent back to us without notifying us via email first may experience significant delays in processing.
5. Exchanges
Because all our pieces are unique vintage items (1-of-1), we cannot offer exchanges for a different size or another style. If you want a different item, you must return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damages, Defects, and Faulty Items (Reklamation)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at shop@rosellyvintage.com.
For faulty or damaged goods, you are fully covered by statutory consumer guarantees (a 3-year reclamation right under Swedish law for original defects). If a product is determined to be faulty or incorrect, you will not be charged the €6 return fee, and we will issue a full refund or a replacement if applicable.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Timeline: The refund will be issued within 10 business days from the moment we receive your return, minus the €6 return fee.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was delivered to us and you have not heard anything, please contact us at shop@rosellyvintage.com.
