2. General
By shopping at shoprosellyvintage.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order is the one that applies to your purchase.
3. Products
All products are unique vintage and second-hand items available in limited quantities. Images and descriptions reflect the actual condition of each item. As products are second-hand, normal wear and minor flaws may be present and will be explicitly noted in the product description.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed inclusive of Swedish VAT. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your purchase is binding.
5. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute a binding acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of technical issues, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if the item has unfortunately become unavailable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Roselly Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Ångerrätt)
As a consumer within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly via email (shop@rosellyvintage.com) within the 14-day period. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
Full instructions for returns are outlined in our Refund Policy. Return shipping is at the customer's expense (€6) and will be deducted from your refund.
8. Complaints and Warranty (Reklamation)
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@rosellyvintage.com.
In accordance with Swedish and EU consumer protection legislation, you have a statutory 3-year right to complain about original defects on a product (Reklamationsrätt). A complaint made within two (2) months of discovering the defect is always considered to be within a reasonable timeframe. We comply with all applicable consumer protection laws regarding remedies for defective goods.
9. Privacy Policy
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or other consequential losses arising from the use of our website or purchased products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions, belongs to Roselly Vintage and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved amicably between us, you have the right to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden – ARN) at www.arn.se or Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. We participate in ARN's dispute resolution process and follow their recommendations. You can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR) at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
